We know that you care how we handle your order and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This Policy describes how Avectime.com process your order from the time you submit it, until the time of delivery.
By using Avectime Services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Policy Notice.
At avectime we focus on making sure that our clients has vast selction of products, that is why we do sell products that are not only available on the local market but also we do sell those available in other locations around the orld.
If you want to order a product and we notify to you that the product will be delivered in more that 7 days from the day you ordered, that is the the indiction that it is going to be shipped from abroad, because most product from local market are delivered within a day.

At Avectime.com we do make sure that we do handle whole shipping process, what you have to do is to sit and relax while waiting for your package.
We do this by not charging you anything except only 25% as you pay for booking your order if you are in Rwanda.
The shipping cost is devided into two categories based on your location:
If you are located in Rwanda and you whant to order product shipped from abroad , don't worry! you just need to pay only 25% as booking fee, and then you will pay the rest when you have the order in your hands.
Note: Avectime.com does not tolerate any mistake you can make while ordering (ex: wrong product), in this case booking fee and delivery cost will not be refunded if you refuse to take product.
If you are located outside Rwanda you just have to pay your order before delivery, Avectime.com will handle the rest until you receive your order.See our refund policy on link below.
