Cancel And Refund Policy

  • How Do I Cancel An Order On Avectime.com ? If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 30 min to 24 hours of placing the order.

    - If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Notice:

    For products that require immediate delivery(Today delivery), order cancellation should be done within 30min to 2 hours.

Delivery Policy

  • What are Avectime.com Delivery Policies ? Your order is expected to arive usualy before estimated delivery date from the time you received a massage notifying you that your order has been received via email or message. - If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. - In case you no longer need the product(i.e: you changed your mind about the product you ordered or you made mistake while ordering wich result in ordering the wrong product), We will refund your amount after removing the whole costs it took Avectime.com in order to deliver such product to you (example: packaging and delivery costs , and some others). -In case you find that by mistake we deliver product different to the one you ordered:
    1.We will refund the entire amount or,
    2. If you wish , we will deliver the correct product with no additional cost.

Return Policy

  • What are Avectime.com Return Policies ? Return duration should be 24 hours after receiving the package. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know & we’ll help you. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery location mentioned below and kindly inform us within 24 hours. Also, please call our customer care or email us at avectime01@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost or be refunded your money. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

  • What are Avectime.com renewed Policies ? Avectime Renewed is your trusted destination for pre-owned and refurbished products that are professionally inspected and tested to work and look like new. A Renewed supplier who is Avectime-qualified, but not Apple certified, performs a full diagnostic test, replaces any defective parts, and thoroughly cleans the product. Any repairs are made with Apple components that are new, or reused and in like-new condition. The product may have minimal scratches or dents, and a battery with at least 80% capacity. Box may be generic and accessories may not be original, but will be compatible and fully functional.

Food Policy

  • What is the special policies about food products ?
    • Foods or Groceries products are not for return post delivery.
    • Because foods and groceries products on the market keeps changing anytime, if we miss product you ordered on the market, you agree that we can deliver related product or same quality product or same product with different size but the same price.
    • Make sure to examine your delivered oder , before a courier left, because after that you will not be able to return foods and groceries products.
    • Finaly , you agree that if we find that price of the food item or grocery item you ordered have increased dramatically, we are allowed to contact you and add that extra amount or cancel delivery of that item.

No To Return Policy

  • When am i not allowed to return the product ? Apart from condition reserved herein return policy, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories included with the product at the time of delivery.
